本日より復帰！


薬のやまですね！
本当に苦しかった！・・・息が出来ない状態で、死を意識しましたね。。。
怖かったです。でも検査をすると正常値だから大丈夫ですと言われ・・・又夜に
息できなくて・・・またまた病院に・・・ようやく薬を出してくれて・・・本日より復帰です。
しかし、体調は良くない状態ですね！
煙草を止めて、4日目です。
しんどくて、禁煙外来に行ったら、コロナの影響で今はやっていないと！
復旧のめどもたっていません。だそうで・・・

市販の禁煙パッチで頑張ります。
